This urban planning assignment was about developing a new living area north of Aarhus.
The location lies in wide nature, with a beautiful view to the landscape and with good connection to the city.
The first two months of the semester we all participated in a workshop, where we had to develop masterplans for the area. The workshop ended with an intern competition, where three proposals was selected for us to continue working on in the individual part of the assignment.
The location, 12 000 m2, should not only contain settlements, but also good infrastructure, working possibilities, education and recreation.
